Cannabis plants are made up of more than 100 different cannabinoids, the most well-known are CBD and THC. THC is the psychoactive cannabinoid, that recreational users use to get “high”. CBD does not have this effect.
CBD is extracted from fibre hemp, hemp seeds and certain CBD cannabis strains. The CBD in the products we sell is standardised to contain less than 0.05% THC, a level well below the amount considered to result in any psychoactive effect. CBD is not known to be addictive.
